QatArt Handmade Community market has returned at KATARA – The Cultural Village

With the support of KATARA, QatART handmade community has organized the handmade market at Katara Art Studios Courtyard on 15/10/2021, after the Covid-19 break.  A wide variety of handcrafts were presented and sold, from jewelry, accessories, paintings, illustrations, graphic design, craft kits, bags, clothes, home decors and accessories, photography, handcrafted cards, and boxes, to homemade food and party supplies.  This time there were no workshops and crafting activities to participate in and hope to have the same in the coming month's markets.

The market has resumed with some 17 out of the usual 20 QatArt members and vendors, showcasing their unique handmade products, adhering to Covid-19 safety protocols, set by the Ministry of Public Health.

QatArt is a handmade Art and Craft market, to encourage the population to get involved and inspired to handmade works and showcase them to the public.   A wide variety of handcrafts will be presented and sold during this market from jewelry, accessories, paintings, illustrations, graphic design, furniture, craft kits, bags, clothes, home decors and accessories, handcrafted cards and boxes to party supplies and homemade food.
